Chestnuts
In 2023, we embarked on our next journey.....chestnuts. We planted our first 375 trees in April of 2023 and will be planting 325 additional trees in 2024
Overall, there will be 700 trees over 14 acres with our first anticipated harvest in 2027. In the meantime, we will be making hay for our animals (and for sale off the farm) in between the rows of trees.
